This list is pretty much all just typos and minor issues:
The note after the equipment list needs "of the".
In the fourth line of the first paragraph in Part IV, we need the word "be" between must and placed.
For the second paragraph of Part IV, I'd have them do the calculation first and then perform the experiment, but it could work either way.
Under questions, the paragraph at the end should be treated as a 4'th question and numbered 4.
We waffle around too much about the cross product. They should be able to use it here to get the direction of the torque.
I'd give this one a 1.

Torque and Rotational Equilibrium, Lab 6
In the Introduction explain the cross-product (rxF), by saying that torque is always perpendicular to the direction of the force and position vectors.
The phrase “momentum arm” is not introduce here. Instead “position” is used.

o The lab is written more as an exploration of theory. I feel it needs to be set as an experiment, explorations are pre-first year Physics. There is the teaching style “Studio Physics” where labs are used to teach theory – but that does not address experimental work.
o The lab script merges data with results/analysis. This is bad, students need a clear understanding in separation of data.
o There is no indication what error analysis is expected
