RWSL Tech and User Support Network 

 (TUS Network)

This network is defined on the NANSLO RDN Governance and Management Page.  As described there the TUS Network will be a network of RWSL techs that support each other and it will supply support for users as necessary.  The key to this network will be to supply all techs at all participating institutions with access to an on-line conferencing service so that there is always someone to answer questions in real-time or at least near-real-time.  TUS will also monitor the operation of the scheduling solution and have the ability to re-direct students to alternate nodes as necessary.
