NANSLO Organization Costs

The primary cost of running the NANSLO organization will be the salaries of its employees.  On top of this will be office space, communications costs, power, and the cost to implement the scheduling solution.  (The cost of the scheduling solution is not well defined at the time of writing.)

The costs of running the NANSLO RDN will need to be scalable to the size of the network.  While there are only 2 nodes this will have to be kept very modest, so only a part-time NANSLO Coordinator (who will perform all the necessary roles to run the NANSLO organization), and a Financial Officer (also part-time) should be hired.  As the network expands these positions will expand and additional staff will be required.
