Hi All,

As the RWSL is the fundamental piece of technology we will be using to give students access to actual lab equipment over the Internet, I thought it important to begin putting more information about RWSL up for you.  My initial purpose is to answer Catherine's request for a way to calculate RWSL capacity, which is a simple question with a complex answer, but my further purpose is to give everyone as complete a knowledge of what you are dealing with as possible.  I welcome any input you might have on these files (once I've figured out how to put them up here).

Ron

Here's a list of the RWSL documents found in the RWSL folder (add to this list and link to the doc for easy reference - select "Add Link" browse to find doc)-CW

More on scheduling the RWSL labs can be found at Scheduling.

If adding any wiki pages to this folder, please add the file name to this list and place the file in the "RWSL Scheduling" folder. Send quick note to interested parties letting them know of the added file.

All, I added two sheets to the original with variables altered to fit a scenario for spring 2012 and summer 2012.

cool! Thanks Ron. I added a list of the RWSL docs, if uploading more, see italic instructions for adding to the directory.

Hi Again,

OK, I've been able to up-load those documents. I recommend you read the Word document first and then it will direct you to the PDF and Excel files. To estimate capacity you will need to experiment with the assumptions in the input section of the spreadsheet.

Albert, please make any suggestion you might have for this.

Ron
